Amobia - poor damn service

Over the last four weeks I have had very intermittent service from Amobia. I have over 14 reference numbers to this that mysteriously get closed whilst the problem persists. Vernon (the senior manager service) has personally stated on numerous occasions that my service will be stabilized with hardware upgrades - this has yet to occur. <br> <br> Seriously looking for another service provider in my area
