Could I rate them a Zero?

Amobia wireless internet service provider is one of those fairy tale sales pitches... No contracts, you pay for installation and when you are done give them a months notices and then they remove the satellite. Wrong, you contact them. Cancel the contract, they agree to come de-install the equipment. They fail to stick to commitment, you have to move out of the house due to it being sold.

Lockdown happens, they contact you again. You give them the new owners contact details to arrange. They fail to do so.

They repeat the proses, you repeat the proses... they fail.

This has been going on for months.

They threaten you with costs of equipment, sighting they don’t have access. They call the gate and as it happens you are still on the system, so you open for them.

Receive another email stating they can’t get acces to the complex, they also now include the new owner in the email thread.

I explained to them once again to contact new owner, that they had acces to the complex. The new owner then replies and informs myself and them that they have not been contacted once...

Service failure of the century, then you as a company revert threatening the consumer after repeated attempts to assist your company.

When considering ISP, do not even consider Amobia. Service horrible, internet stutters the whole time, you have continuous data packet loss, infrastructure that breaks down and then you sit without internet for hours/days.

Very quick to charge you though and also to threaten costs.
