Amobia. In the business on discovering how NOT to provide internet. Sad Company, No Internet.
Again I'm sitting with a dilemma caused by Amobia. Firstly understand that if you have one whole day without any problems then play the lotto. There must always be a problem with something. The biggest problem is their staff at night. Say now that your internet miraculously worked for two days. On that Friday after a heavy weeks work all you want to do is catch up on your social media.. nope.. Amobia just done it again. Speaking to Shipo would really lighten up your weekend. I suggest you get a stiff drink and strap on for this one. He will promptly ask you to unplug every socket, plug, USB, HDMI, Phone Cable and life support as he will explain the problem is on your side. They probably teach them this at "Amobia Lets ******* The Customer School". Then you have to identify what language he choose speak that day. Xhosa, Zulu, Pedi, Malawian, Njaga Njaga. Amobia got such great tools but the tools they employ just placed them on the bottom of any service providers list. Amobia just don't know how to provide their customers with Internet.
