Amobia has made me do a complete 180

I wrote a complaint on a Sunday about Amobia's service delivery and their support center not answering the phones. I was contacted by very helpful staff on the following Monday that explained that they were doing upgrades on some of their lines and that the call volume over the weekend was chaos.<br> <br> Needless to say my internet connection is fully restored and Amobia succeeded in turning me from a dissatisfied customer to a satisfied one.<br> <br> Thanks Amobia and the support team that assisted, great job!<br>
