They are quick to just kick back, relax and blame Frogfoot, but do nothing about putting the pressure onto Frogfoot to get their house in order and honor the SLA's that are in place.
Their technical staff are struck mute when asked how frequently they follow up with their service provider on turn around time.
"as soon as Frogfoot gives us feedback we will pass it on"
Seriously???!!!
In other words if the FF techie wants to sit back, have a beer and wait it out while his apprentice rummages through some cables, he can and there will be no consequences for FF if a 5 minute resolution takes them 2 days to implement.
They are quick to jump up and down for money, but don't dare expect to actually get what you are being slammed a premium price for every month
