Amobia communications TERRIBLE SERVICE😠😠😠

I am terribly upset for the **** service Amobia has given. My boyfriend was away on work so the place was closed. He came back after his two weeks and the wifi was not picking up Firstly. I sent a whatsapp and they got back to me a while later. In the time we were trying to get a hold of them on whatsapp. My boyfriend decided to call them a lady picked up and helped us to a certain extent and then said she needs to go. Then again she called back and then helped again and never called back again. She asked someone us to call us. Guy asked us for a picture to send. My boyfriend sent it and he said they may have to send a technician out. The next day. We phone again someone helps us and then cuts the call saying he needs to go. Then we called a different area and the guy just gave a reference number. We called from the number we have been calling from atleast 4 times and they did not pick up. I then called from a different number and they picked up. This guy again. Just asked me what lights are on and then cut my call while I was still busy talking to him. Firstly you don't cut a call, no other provider has ever done that. Secondly the service was unpleasant and frustrating on our side. What are we suppose to do now. The place is sitting without wifi Payment gets done on time. Not one has been missed and then this happens. I will never in my life reccommend this company. It's ****!!!. It is sad that a person has to feel this way. Now I want to see now how long this is going to take to be handled. Because I will not be leaving this here.
