Amobia cant fix it or keep it up

Would make this a minus 5 if I could. Internets been faulty since last week Friday. They just cant seem to fix it and like to pass the buck and blame the client that his setup is the problem. That same setup was running for a whole year. Loadshedding caused your problems because you dont have the propper backups in place to cover your infrastructure. Stop passing the buck and get my internet fixed A.S A.P. ****** estates forcing people to use pathetic ISPs like Amobia. What a disgrace of a company.
