Amobia adding money to my account
Amobia is charging me a R50 extra on my account for the debit order they canceled due to the fact I've send emails over Dec with no reply and i made the payment via EFT. on the date of the debit after no one responded to my email they debit the money again so I reversed it, cause it was already paid. now they want to panelize me by not excepting a debit order anymore but want to charge me extra because they refuse to debit the amount every month. as per *** - Cindy Robinson

06 Apr 2022, 11:19according to me it was explained, but nothing was mentioned about R50 extra for my debit orders that they did not wanted to except. i want someone high in charge contacting me. i have been sending numerous emails regarding this but dont always get a answer just a mesg stating my account is behind. no my account is paid in full every month R705.00 the extras is wa penalty for me paying my own acc cause they rejected to do any further debit orders,
