A good effort was made

Whether or not we do stay with Amobia or not. I can say that in the last week improvements in service and effort were immense. Zavian and Niel helped me troubleshoot and they at least made an effort to finally get the issue resolved. Two high level technicians, namely David and Melvin showed up at my house to assist me with this issue. This gives me confidence in this company in that they actually do care about their consumers. The internet has improved but I cannot say that it timeouts have gone away 100%. I don't lie and have to give credit where it's due. If you do experience issues with Amobia it most likely is because you have the older equipment that connects you to a congested access point. Unfortunately wireless broadband is difficult to maintain so I do respect that the job of a technician isn't easy.
