24 hour support, but no one answers

let me just start off by saying this is not the first time it has happened. We have internet problems and want to sort it out, so i call the 24/7 support line and nothing happens. called 5 times in one hour....no one answers. is it just laziness or lack in staff? <br> please fix your support and internet. hire more staff. this is how you lose clients.. by making empty promises.
