Shocked with service of a faulty machine from the Cape Town branch
Absolutely shocking service from Jaco at the Cape Town Branch. I bought a Heatpress machine from them 4 months ago. Today after pressing a ry-shirt and swing the top away to remove the t-shirt, the metal arm broke off the metal arm from the back. A CLEAN break, rust show in the back area were it broke of. Jaco very rude and judgmental accused me of using to much pressure. How is a women's force so much to force metal of metal. I am pressing T-shirt only. But he made up his mind to give me the reason for this faulty product. Absolutely terrible service

Advanced Machinery did a brilliant job with with the sale and installation of my printer. They installed it quickly and professionally and ensured that everything was working perfectly. Would highly recommend them to anyone that's looking to print T-shirts or signage.

Terrible After Service
I would like to share my recent experience with *** to make potential customers aware of the importance of considering after-sales service before making a purchase. We purchased a complete 80 kW package valued at R57,000. When the installation team arrived, they discovered that the cover supplied for the laser tube was the incorrect size. They took the incorrect item back and advised us that the correct cover would be delivered within three working days. It has now been two weeks, and we are still waiting for the replacement. Despite our attempts to resolve the matter, we have been unable to get hold of a manager, and the sales team has been unable to provide a satisfactory solution. While problems can occur with any purchase, the real test of a supplier is how effectively and professionally those problems are resolved. Based on our experience, the lack of communication, accountability and effective after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. My advice to prospective buyers is to carefully consider ***'s after-sales support and service arrangements before committing to a purchase of this value. A product's price and specifications are important, but reliable support when something goes wrong is equally essential. This review reflects our personal experience and the difficulties we have encountered in trying to resolve this outstanding issue.

Order *** undelivered, no working support channel
I placed order *** on Buythis.co.za on 14 October 2026 for my business, Pet Memorials. The order has not been delivered, and no one has been able to tell me where it is or when it will arrive. Since then I have tried to get help in every way I could find: I phoned several departments and was transferred to numbers that were consistently unavailable. I was given ***, which I called directly and tried on WhatsApp. I also sent a WhatsApp message and got no reply. I logged a complaint on the Buythis website and have not been contacted. On 20 October 2026 I sent a formal written complaint to *** and asked for acknowledgement within 24 hours. I am not asking for anything unreasonable: the status of my order and a delivery date, or a full refund if it can't be fulfilled, plus one named person I can deal with. As a small business owner, the delay and the lack of communication are costing me time and money. I'd welcome a response from management so this can be resolved. What really stood out to me, however, is the level of customer service and after-sales support. The team is professional, helpful and always willing to assist whenever there are questions or concerns. Their support doesn't end once you've made a purchase, which is something I really appreciate
