Order *** undelivered, no working support channel

I placed order *** on Buythis.co.za on 14 October 2026 for my business, Pet Memorials. The order has not been delivered, and no one has been able to tell me where it is or when it will arrive.

Since then I have tried to get help in every way I could find:

I phoned several departments and was transferred to numbers that were consistently unavailable. I was given ***, which I called directly and tried on WhatsApp. I also sent a WhatsApp message and got no reply.

I logged a complaint on the Buythis website and have not been contacted. On 20 October 2026 I sent a formal written complaint to *** and asked for acknowledgement within 24 hours.

I am not asking for anything unreasonable: the status of my order and a delivery date, or a full refund if it can't be fulfilled, plus one named person I can deal with. As a small business owner, the delay and the lack of communication are costing me time and money.

I'd welcome a response from management so this can be resolved.
