Uif from Alteram

I app**** for my Provident fund online 2021 and never received my funds till I got a job again, I've recently been dismissed from work and app**** last month and submitted documents but no communication from this company that is looking after government unemployment fund...I have worked for the company before and they never get things done, I tried writing to management Rebecca and Aubrey an cc HR Ambi*** none of them escalated my claim or gave me feedback.. I need my funds before I start another job cause currently don't have any income. Alteram just pay and process our funds stop being lazy
