Is Alteram Solutions another Gupta type company?

Alteram Solutions provides call centre solution for many govt departments, like SARS and the UIF. However their staff are completely unable to provide solurions or answer queries, and advise incorrect solutions. It is simply a company that answers phones, which should nit come at the cost paid by govt If the Gupta's were still around, this is the type of company they would own. It seems like a cover for extracting tax payers money and creating tenderpreneurs, because they are cometely unable to provide ANY resolution, to ANY issue. How is this possible from a legit business?
