Alma clinic the worst
I am disappointed with my experience at Alma Clinic Protea Point and feel it’s important to warn others. I visited the clinic recently for assistance with anxiety medication. During my consultation, the person attending to me did not seem fami**** with the medication I mentioned, even after I provided the name. I ended up having to show a picture of the medication myself, which raised concerns about the level of knowledge and professionalism. What made the situation worse is that I was later given what appeared to be a photocopy/faxed prescription. When I went to the pharmacy, they refused to dispense the medication, stating that they require an original prescription from a registered doctor. This left me frustrated and without the help I initially sought. Additionally, I found it concerning that I was asked how many times I would like to be referred, rather than being properly assessed and advised based on my medical needs. After raising my concerns with the clinic via WhatsApp, I have not received any meaningful communication and still can not get my meds, I would like my money back. Overall, this experience has left me questioning the credibility and processes of the clinic.

Unprofessional
Bad experience I had from Protea Alma clinic. The receptionist who wear spectacles is so unprofessional. She was literally having a chat to someone which wasn't a patient and we waited for her to finish her conversation before we can be attended. Dependants from my medical aid didn't appear from their system and I had to use cash so that I can send an invoice to my medical for reimbur*****t. They use incorrect codes for claims and i have to always call and check if they have fixed the issue so that I can request reimbur*****t from my medical aid. The receptionist when she has to call the manager, the manager is always on meeting and they don't even bother to come back to me
