Alma clinic the worst

I am disappointed with my experience at Alma Clinic Protea Point and feel it’s important to warn others.

I visited the clinic recently for assistance with anxiety medication. During my consultation, the person attending to me did not seem fami**** with the medication I mentioned, even after I provided the name. I ended up having to show a picture of the medication myself, which raised concerns about the level of knowledge and professionalism.

What made the situation worse is that I was later given what appeared to be a photocopy/faxed prescription. When I went to the pharmacy, they refused to dispense the medication, stating that they require an original prescription from a registered doctor. This left me frustrated and without the help I initially sought.

Additionally, I found it concerning that I was asked how many times I would like to be referred, rather than being properly assessed and advised based on my medical needs.

After raising my concerns with the clinic via WhatsApp, I have not received any meaningful communication and still can not get my meds, I would like my money back.

Overall, this experience has left me questioning the credibility and processes of the clinic.
