Unprofessional

Bad experience I had from Protea Alma clinic. The receptionist who wear spectacles is so unprofessional. She was literally having a chat to someone which wasn't a patient and we waited for her to finish her conversation before we can be attended. Dependants from my medical aid didn't appear from their system and I had to use cash so that I can send an invoice to my medical for reimbur*****t. They use incorrect codes for claims and i have to always call and check if they have fixed the issue so that I can request reimbur*****t from my medical aid. The receptionist when she has to call the manager, the manager is always on meeting and they don't even bother to come back to me
