Have only just start...
Have only just started my association with Aidcall but was most impressed with Darren who came and explained the benefits and how it works, he wasn't rushed, was very patient with all my questions and very reassuring...in all a very clear and concise demonstration and a delightful young man.

Presentation was good but after sales service has been shocking
Presentation was good but after sales service has been shocking. The watch I was given does not reflect my heart rate and I have tried calling the sales representative 8 times to get this rectified. He ignores my calls and has not read the 2 WhatsApp messages I sent him. Now that the deal is done and paid for, he has obviously lost interest in us. I want this watch repaired or replaced which is not unreasonable after all the fancy promises that were made.
