I need proper advice why the Battery goes flat after such a short time

There can be a number of reasons for high battery usage and in future, we respectfully ask that you first contact us before posting a 1 star rating when you have not yet informed us of your concern. We pride ourselves in both our customer service and the ratings which we have and a one star rating could deter someone to decide against our life saving service we provide. We have already been in contact with you to see how we can best assist you. We hope that you will change your one star rating to fairly reflect the level of service we offer our customers.
