On the 10th of October, we had to push the button as my 92-year-old mother was having a seizure (first time ever). The operator was amazing, dispatching the ambulance without hesitation and checking in with us every 5 minutes to update us on where the ambulance was and the ETA. ER24 crew, as always, were super kind and professional. This is not the first time we have had to "push the button". I cannot recommend this service enough if you are elderly or have elderly parents or relatives who might require medical backup in a hurry.
