Worst Service I Have ever Experienced!

I wish I had checked this company out here first! I've made my first payment and waiting on courier message. Still no phone! I can't get through to any agent. I called the only number they have 84 times and kept getting disconnected. On the times I did get through, I was transferred three times and got cut off. I left a phone message this morning. I sent them online messages. NOBODY CALLS ME. I'm deeply disturbed because they have my money and not bringing their side. Very upset and disappointed.
