WORST AFTER CARE SERVICE

How on this earth does anyone get hold of a person at this company. Not one number provided works, when you send emails, no response, this is the worst service I have encountered in my life. We having issues with a phone we took out on contract and would presume that we have to figure out the solution to our problem our selves.
