Was my money back from Africa Mobile

Their service is soo.. Poor, they open an account for you for a phone contract they they deduct money where there was no phone that was delivered to you. But they keep on deducting. I want tgem to refubd my money back cause i never received the phone that i app**** for but they deduct money from my bank and i cant even reverse it, cause i approved the debi check mandate from them. So no phone was delivered no phone calls no nothing. Then they must refund me as soon as possible
