Very bad service after debit order with no communication

Hi,

Am very disappointed about the terrible service i have been getting from Africa Mobile, i sent several communications on WhatsApp and the customer service number doesn't go through at all. My debit order went through but no communication or delivery to know what is happening. This is very bad for a new customer and expected top service as per call centre agent assisted me. ID number ***
