USELESS

I have been battling with this to get hold of them is impossible, Once you get hold of anyone then they put you through to someone and then they put the phone down, Then once you finally get hold of anyone they tell you you are behind which is not the case, They should not even assist clients because they are the most useless company i have every delt with. Spoke to a lady and man was she rude, I explain to her what is happen with my phone and yes i did use the word **** and then she put the phone down I am so so disgusted with them
