Good Afternoon,

I Ayanda Nkomo, would like your assistance in the following matter regarding African Mobile and I.

A consultant from African Mobile called me selling a phone and I was busy in class so I asked him to be more fast n I sold me a phone contract n his stating the amount was R399 but I asked to send the phone on whatsapp as I had no idea what phone was if after the call. The whatsapp consultant send it and with different details of package and I asked him that moment to cancel but their decided to avoid me until they debited R799 *2 on the 31 of May 2021 and I did try to consult them. Mellise called me n agree to refund n cancel the deal!!! But from the 9 of June am still waiting for cancelation letter and my date for refund.. So I believe their still prologing time so their will deduct again. Please assist me.. I can send all email corresponce between us but matter still not reslved
