Unhappy customer! Unauthorized deduction !!!!!

Their rating should be 0 stars. I took out a contract confirmed with the agent and I confirmed it would go off 25th May ,they nicely debited me 25th April. Its not a small amount of money ,I repeated and confirmed my deduction date . The agent told me I have to wait for 7 to 21 days for a refund ,why I did not agree to the date he nicely added without my consent.
