I have sent a cancellation email last month already. No confirmation if it was cancelled, have tried many times to reach out but nothing. I also need to be refunded as I did not receive any device. Now they are sending me welcome messages. Can we have police look into this company something very wrong is going on there. I urge people to really stay away from these people
