This Company can have Remote access on your Phone

Hi, Everyone who is reading this review, and I hope the company is reading this too cause I think this company is breaking the rules here. 1st off my mom got a contract with this company due to affordable prices. Then she gave me the phone to use. We still paid the company every month until I found something shocking.

They use a remote software app called ADAM NPC where they can remotely access your phone without letting you know or notice. The reason I believe they add this is if you miss a payment they block the phone. Which I think is unfair and a breach of privacy.

I factory reset the phone the moment I saw this and after doing it they have somehow blocked the phone where I can't use the phone at all. Everyone, please be careful when you are trying to get something from this Company
