the most horrible service experienced
Bad service, a whatsapp line that never responds and when it does is very rude, airtime that's not allocated, a contact number you can never reach!! what is this? if anyone can guide me in filling a complaint to an ombudsman that deals with these sort of things

I have looked into the communication on the WhatsApp and FB messenger lines. It seems the agents there has been trying to assist you, but you have not provided the information they were asking for.
Please can i ask that you go back there and complete the information they hve requested to further assist you.
