Terrible terrible terrible

I have been sworn at by these people for requesting my money , I was called by an agent who offered me their contract phone ,and I accepted however on the same day I cancelled the application. I was sent a WhatsApp message stating that the application was canceled. On the 30th of August this company Stole money from my account and I queried it and was told I need to sign a form that will allow them to deduct a cancellation fee .

This is something I was not informed about when canceling the application. I have been sent from pillar to post and they have refused to cancel their debit order mandate with my bank and return the money into my acc. Their agents are rude and inconsiderate, when texting they treat you like an idiot. Please do not accept any calls from this company. I am laying a complain with the NCA. This is a terrible service provider
