Still no feed back from Africa mobile

This is my second review. Africa mobile has still not contacted me about my insurance claim for my ****** phone but they were quick enough to debit the monthly contract payment which includes the insurance that I have on my phone from my bank account. Now I am paying for a phone and a service that I can't even use
