I hardly ever use such platforms to vent but noooo maan Africa Mobile is a f****ing ****!!

A call centre agent by the name of Gladys had the ***** to ask **** "o ntla nketsang" When she refused for me to speak to a manager.👿👿👿

I call back and I'm told that managers work from home. What utter bull****?????? They took our money and don't want to allocate data and airtime, they have continously changed statements on how long the process takes from Monday through to today... They still don't even provide any references even when they say they will. It's like ke creche ko teng!!!
