On the 30th of June, I enquired about the phones from Africa Mobile, their agent called me and sold me a phone deal on which the terms were I would receive the phone and then, following month end they would debit a R1254 for activation fee once off and then it's continue on a 24 months monthly subscription of R540... After having signed everything, I never got the phone, only to be told the activation fee is upfront when I read through their online content, that was not the agreement I had with their agent... Upon realising that I didn't receive any service from them, I was surprised end of July to get a debit order of R540 for a phone I do not even have.

Please refund my money, you can't deduct money for services you are not providing me with...
