Refund

African Mobile deducted an amount of R663.95 on the 22nd of December 2023 on my bank account for a contract phone.And i dont even have that phone.I tried getting hold of one the agent in Africa Mobile the phone rings none stop no one is answering and I've emailed them no answer.Even the whatsapp number is not working I want a refund and cancel the contract.I want my money their ****ming people.
