I have used africa mobile for 2 years and never had problems until know. I spoke to Melissa and she said i should take the Black View A80 and after long waiting i received the phone. That night i started my phone up and set everything up. After everything is done. I restarted my phone. The phone did not want to start up. So i charged the phone cause i thought the battery has dies. The nest day i started the phone all nice phone is on, but the phone's battery is still on80% then it will die. Or it freezes and it glitches. I made contact with Debbie and she tried to assist me. She said that Daryl will see if i qualify for another phone that is R9 more than the contract i have know but i do not qualify for a R9 more contract. So know i have this ****y phone that i am not using and they just dont want to assist. They offerd me a amaller phone. I cant work with a small phone. I am not happy with them
