Poor Service of Africa Mobile phones

I'm paying 506 a month a Sumsng phone Africa mobile l was told the amount l paying it includes insurance, airtime, data and Whartsharp data. My problem I that all above are not happening. 1.l reported phone crack and l was sent a link where have to Pay 350 while l my instalment include insurance nd not told which insurance l belong. 2.today it the 24 while my 506 was debited from my STD bank account on the 14 but untill now no data and airtime recharged on this phone. 3.They are using Whartsharp communication and they need ID no and tell you agent will talk to you but surprising after you give ID no they close the chat and come back after 24hrs and apologies tell start afresh. I have 5 reviews to them since my padate. 4.3 days bfore my padate they take Whartsharp data without notice e g the resent one they took was 792MB.my question where does these MB taken.
