Poor service

What a distasteful experience..I got a phone for my sons gift but the wrong phone was delivered, Logged a case and they confirmed that the issue has been escalated and I will get a call..No call or email received, I keep following up but no response. I am stuck with a phone that I don't even know, my son still hasn't received his gift but the activation fee was deducted with no struggle...The Worst!
