Poor customer service

I have a contract with them.. Customer care is Zero percentage.Lost a SIM card trying to replace it is impossible. Paid the money they wanted. But not receiving SIM card. Call centre is ******* .they send u from pillar to post.. They care less about customers problems.. The time they wanted to secure the contract they were calling 10 times a day.. Now I'm stuck with a phone that is not working.. while they will be debiting their money. 😫 Very Unhappy with their service
