Poor After Sales Care

My phone is blocked and I need them to assist me with unblocking the phone but the number is unreachable it rings with no answer, whatsapp no reply and on email also no reply...How does a client get service from you? If its a premium you missed be sure to receive a call.

Can Africa Mobile call me to rectify this mess and advise on way to reach out to them since what is available does not work.
