Pathetic service

Your whatsapp channel is so dysfunctional and unresponsive. We get no help with important things like changing banking details. My debit order did not go through and I have been needing help since 2 weeks ago but you guys will be quick to send emails to repossess the device because you notice when payment is not made but not when your customers needs to be services.
