Pathetic service

After taking a contract with this company, they just dont provide service. Your whatsapp channel is so pathetic, they dont reply, they dont do what you ask them. Can you people please service your clients for goodness sake?? Im sure if i dont pay, you will suddenly contact me but if i need help, you dont know how to reply.
