Pathetic customer service

its been over 21 working days and you still didn't refund my money that was debited even after i cancelled the contract with you guys. I followed the process and still waiting for your department to process my query. Why should i wait so long for my own money??? who gave you permission to debit my account a month after I cancelled your services?? I want my Money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I don't get any feedback by Tuesday I will be at your offices!
