PAID BUT STILL LOCKED PHONE-CAN'T REACH AFRICA MOBILE ON ANY CONTACTS PROVIDED BY AFRICA MOBILE THIIS A ******* AND ****

I opened a new cellphone contract with Africa Mobile in the start of the year, the device (Huawei Y91) was delivered and in on the 27th of February. In March Africa Mobile debited my account on the 19th of March even though I specifically requested for the debit to be on the 25th of every month as I only get paid then and this resulted to the device being locked EVER SINCE TO DATE!!!!! * I cannot seem to get ahold of this company or anyone to assist in all their contact details they have provided. *Payment has been made (proof of payment was sent to their Whatsapp number-***) and numerous emails sent to *** but am still getting emails that I should pay the outstanding, the phone is still LOCKED and no response from Whatsapp anymore. I have had to buy a smaller phone in order for me not to loose my job and be able to check in with my kids (who is going to reimburse me for this?!?!?) Why is it so difficult for this company to have a working number or do proper follow ups on their clients. I need for this mess to be resolved as me ,myself and I can no longer be doing the ups and down on my costs and AFRICAMOBILE HAS MY ****** MONEY WITH THEM and yet they are not rendering their services.
