Overdue Refund

Worst company ever, I tried applying for a contract the agent who called me offered me a phone that was not in the catalogue, we went through the application and debit check. I insisted that they send me an email confirming that indeed we were talking about the same phone. I didn't send through my documents as I had not received the email confirming the device I ordered. My account was debited an amount of R632, it's been over 40 days back and forth no refund and worse there's a cancelation fee. Please listen to the call and tell me at which point did I agree to that device, I want my full refund. I went to their offices and they have moved from Midrand to Rivonia, I wasted my time and diesel. I want my refund!
