No service

I wonder how in the world does Africa mobile do business. They blocked my phone last week on Wednesday, i made payment on that same day, its almost a week now and cant get hold of them, the number they give you to phone does not exist the other one ring and ring and never get answered, you get a whatsapp no to send proof of payment and they do not respond on the whatsapp as well, i have sent them like 10 emails still no answer, there is no service not even to speak about bad service. Never make use of this company for a phone, i would rather go to vodacom, cell c or mtn, but this place is up to ****t.
