Kindly assist I took a contract phone with Africa Mobile and they were supposed to deduct on the 15 of December. On the 7th of December I sent an email canceling the contract and I tried to contact them several times with no luck. On the 21 of December they deducted my money 1300 and they are refusing to refund me they are claiming they didn't receive the email yet I have a proof
