MONEY TAKEN BUT NO PHONE

My Mother app**** for a contract with Africa Mobile, they deducted 2 payments from her account. This was on the 5th of December, today is the 21/12/2023 and until now there is no phone. Truly poor service, we can't even get hold of them. If this is the type of service they give to there customers, I honestly would never recommend them. It's a shame on taking elderlies money.
