I am receiving outstanding bills of more than R10 000 whereas I haven't received any handset. This account was handed over to Nudebt who escalated the request back to Africa Mobile without any response since August 2024. I am still waiting for my refund from Africa Mobile. There is no manager at Africa Mobile that you may discuss this issue. They are all hidden and useless. Frontline keeps on telling you that you have an outstanding account and they will escalate it to the team. You will never receive a call. Appalling services
