Insurance *****

I had my fair share of bad experiences with this company. My phone was ******, I phoned in and reported it. They then block the phone and told me they can't trace it. I paid insurance on the device and then had to pay an access fee which I did.

After everything I had to struggle to get my phone number back which is my own number for over 10 years that I just ported to them so that I can get my airtime and data on it.

I was then told that the device will be replaced cause I paid insurance on it and I have send affidavit and everything thing they ask me.

Today they want to upgrade my contact which is finishing this month and I said no I don't need a new contract they can just replace my phone which I paid for and was told they not gonna replace it and that I will get my refund back for the access fee.

How can you rob me like this? Cause I don't want a new contract then you decide to not replace my old device but you also don't want to trace it because you can do it then I will go with the police to get it. If there is anyone reading this please assist me with taking them on.
